What happens if you find a problem?
We send you photos straight away and, if you want, a repair quote from a vetted vendor. We only go ahead after your approval, and send before-and-after photos.
Do you cover houses and villas?
Yes. Flats, builder floors, houses, villas and penthouses in Mohali, Chandigarh, New Chandigarh, Panchkula, Zirakpur and Kharar.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the property type, its size and how often you want visits. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you a clear quote. Book 12 months and pay for only 10.
