Do you collect the rent?
No. Rent goes directly from the tenant to your bank account. We track it and remind the tenant, but we never hold your money.
Do you guarantee rent?
No. We reduce risk with tenant screening, police verification, a proper agreement and regular checks, but we don't offer rent guarantees.
Who chooses the tenant?
You do. We shortlist and screen, and nothing is signed until you approve the tenant.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the rent and whether you want tenant placement only or full management. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you a clear quote. With full management, the first month's fee is free once your tenant moves in.
